The Island of Lana'i takes you back to the more simple life of old Hawai'i. Lana'i is a unique community, with no shopping centers, no fast food places, and no stop lights. What Lana'i does have is a peaceful lifestyle, friendly people, healthy outdoor activities, and all of the amenities that anyone needs. Lana'i also has two luxury resorts with two championship golf courses. Lana'i City is the home to the majority if the island's resident population, currently about 3000 people.
REAL ESTATE INFORMATION:
Property can be puchased in the city from the individual owners. Homes in town range in age from 70 years to only 3 or 4 years old. Most homes in the city are modest and are located on fairly small lots. A 6,000 sq ft lot is considered large by city standards. There are no apartments or condos for sale within the city.
Luxury homes, both new and resales are available around the two resorts, upcountry-Koele and ocean side-Manele.
